I am SOO amazed by my recent activities..
1) getting bogged down by school work..so much so that I will return home, sleep, and wake up at 9 (to watch 1h of tv) and then try to complete the next day's tutorial. Its a bottomless pit!!! If I dun sleep early, I will feel tired, and I will want to sleep when I reach home, and in order to complete my tutorials...I can't sleep early. SO TELL ME! how? I realise that if I take out 'complete my tutorials' in the equation, my problem won't occur..but then.. haiz..5th week is ending..and..im seriously lagging. its true that life is nt abt studying..but...
2) applying for talks (alright..only 2) but..the barclay talk was soo uninformative that I skipped the second 1. henceforth..haiz.. Prob have to work out 1 day to fill in all resumes and do researches
3) have been emailing profs..luckily..prof seow replied..but..surprisingly..prof lum din..i really dun noe how to face her tml. been emailing them to get letter of recommendations for my scholarship..I really hope i get it. check the following number out: $50,000. OMG! tat the amount of scholaship for a one year program in Waseda University. Really fulfils my dream. I had wanted to study in Japanese in Japan, and when its sooo generously subsidised..I really got to apply. the only things stopping me.. the 2 letter of recommendation and the 2-3 page long essay on my academic objectives. And im so desperate..I resorted to emailing my HSBC manager to ask for the testimonial her promised me. Hopefully he is in a good mood, and remembers that he promised us a testimonial each when he handed out his namecard during Tracy's party.
4) Instep is postponed again. It was supposed to be out in week 4, but they push it to one good Monday in week 5. and yet..they pushed it again to Friday (effectively today 2pm). Hopefully..I get HK. Seriously..if i get..i will go disney land..and invite my frenz (esp Cousin) to go with me.
5) nadal lost. really hoped for another nadal-federer finals..but..i guess, next time. his knee prob did him in..so..cant really hope for much. but im so glad serena lost. eew..dun noe y i dislike her so much.
6) there is the henin-venus match at 2am..shld i watch? (esp when my 206 is undone..and its at 8.30 am)

Zhen Ji!!! E UBS talk was superb!! They sent 50 staffs from 10 departments to mingle and feed us with relevant info! They were so kind, and even took down my info, amazing!

So is the INSTEP result out yet? I hope that you don't go INSTEP but go Japan instead. If you go, can I go and look for you? Hehe~
