scared the hell out me tdy. (no vulgarities intended) but..tdy, when i left my room without the card key, my heart stopped. coz my roomie hasnt arrived n..i will have to go to the security counter in another building to get them to open for me. OMG! tats 1 big disadvantage of staying alone (without roomie). luckily my neighbour was in, and i din lock the toilet door. so i cld go in. luckily. im so lucky for nice neighbours.

we share the same toilet, and they--kama & hilda, r v nice ple. 1 day, when i got back frm exchange gethering, they invited me to their room to play this dice game with them. OMG! its soo nice. i have ordered 4 sets frm hilda, and she will prob help me get them frm her hse. plus shot glasses. omg! hahaz..i so like them.

anw..juz had my 3rd cup of milo tdy. the milo in hk taste kind of weird. weird really. there seems to b cream element in it, but it wun do without sugar..so it ends up tasting too sweet. but oh well..better than nth. but i will really give anything to get milo dino, even though its so cold in hk now.

anw..a fast run thru of the exchange:

--i was really glad to have seen the ntu guys like cousin, meiyuet, uncle, dennis, jialin n pei. they stayed over at the airport juz to send us off. n..keety n miss lim too. hahaz! really touched.
--reached sg. it wasnt cold. esp when i stupidly decide to take the train to sch. omg! had to change so many stops n..my luggage isnt light. n my sch is up the hill. nice view. but..honestly, i din appreciate it with my heels n luggage

--had a talk, when out with the exchange ple to several places. went to this nice chinese restaurant at kowloon tong, then went racecourse road n finally this club called skits.
--the food at the restuarant was cheap n good. but..its really sinful to waste the food. but the exchange ple r terrible. they need beer with dinner. which is..so ah pek in singapore.
--racecourse was terrible. like had to wait for 45min juz to watch a 45s race. terrible. we wanted to bet, but..honestly..we din noe where to start frm. gotta do some horseracing hw.
--skits was terrible. its crowded, ple were smoking, n..the guys were all drinkin a lot coz they had to pay to enter. so they r mostly drunk. but..oh well..it was fun. the dancing with fun. the interaction. but at a point in time, it got a lil rowdy. even though it was ladies nite, the drinks were really good. the vodka..strong. n..its funny the way they serve tequilla. in glasses. woah. scared us when she laid glasses infront of us. luckily, she juz filled like a small portion of the glass.

--WOAH! met mayi n her mom to go macau. auntie was really nice. i love the place. love the pork chop bun. love the atmosphere. love the weather. most of us..i really enjoyed the day with mayi. guess i love the singaporean touch. (but oops..mayi isnt singaporean) hahaz..anw..i was motivated to blog after reading hers. coz its sooo concise n sincere.

--went mongkok with mayi. i love the dimsum we ate. love it loads. esp the siewmai n the beancurd skin.
--bought my 1st pair of boots

--went on a city tour with the ple. it was fun! we went to stanley market, the peak for the view, dimsum at some nice fancy restaurant, went to lankwai fong, n the harbour with the handprints. n watched the symphony of light. hey comeon! sg has nicer light shows.hahaz..but i din dare sae in front of the ple. but if it was fireworks, it will b gr8. but no..i really felt tat it was a waste of time. though the view of the bank of china was good.

13/1 to 17/1
--sch started on 14/1 had my first lesson on 16/1 well..lesson was unexpectedly fun. i love the prof. though the same cldnt b saed abt the tutors on fri. boring. but mayb coz it started at 9.30 and it was cold (plus i slept late)
--thelatest grp of frenz i hang out with, r cool. federica frm italy, lisa, kathrin and judith frm austria and catarina frm portugal. hahaz..nice ple, who loves sushi.
