application of my education--AA206

As we have always been taught..wadever has been taught in class is a lifeskill..n shld b put to use.

and today..i realised tat a theory taught during aa206 is absolutely applicable in my life.

In 206, I learnt abt the downfall of AOL. How it has lost market share in the 1995. How companies like Microsoft has introduced MSN, n how AOL was forced to lower its prices, and in the end, the cost of customer retention rose 3x within a year.

And this is really applicable. Together with another module. Marketing.

We learnt how companies are alwaz overtaken by another. Quoting a more userfrenly example, like sportswear. In the past..there were reebok (i rem coz when i was in pri sch, i will aways buy reebok shoes from the shop my cousin works at, and enjoyed staff discount), subsequently, nike took over the marketshare, and became more popular (n tats y in sec n jc, nike became HOT!) finally, adidas came into the market n everywhere u go..there is lots and lots of adidas stuff (like all my adidas bag, shoes n shirt)

So here's the application:
As I have always known (n how lia, n chewsy has alwaz found out. n how we had alwaz swore n cursed), MSN has an absolute problem.

solitaire fails to load. n after trying so hard, n for so many times, it hangs after a while.
puzzle often hangs when we r in the midst, once, it hanged when i was about to set in the final piece.
msn chats often go haywire. offline chats r a gonner. msg r usu undelivered. esp msg like: MSN absolutely sux. or MSN has a serious problem. I bet they censor my msg.

SO!! MSN watch out ok!

AOL was the reebok. u were the nike, which managed to kick reebok out of business. SOON..theres gonna b a company like adidas, who will kick u out...UNLESS u wake up ur idea!

HEY! i want more reliable service!

btw..if any1 is reading..is google part of microsoft? (Since blogger is part of google)
