The ISSUE

The past week has been tough, coz i had to make the biggest decision in my life. n i have to think carefully b4 the deadline (which is today, 2pm). haiyoh..INSTEP. its a tough topic.

Actually, there was a whole lot of issue.

If I apply, then there will b 2 scenarios---I get, and I don't. If I get..then good lah. But I must worry abt doing law with real law students, and not some 2nd spec law student. There really is a diff. If I don't get..I will feel damn pissed, coz its my 2nd time applying, and...I will feel like there is no point in me doing 3 cores, and stressing myself out (and as it is..im trying to catch up with my readings n stuff). Also..I run the risk of not completing my 2nd spec in 2nd sem, coz i must clear 3 law mods, and there are only 4 offered in sem 2. so..ya..there is a chance of the mods clashing and i have to forfeit my 2nd spec (nt tat its really worth a lot..its juz a line in the transcript, but i guess..since i started it..i might as well finish it off)

If I don't apply, the issues mentioned in the above won't bother me at all..BUT..man..i'll hate myself. REALLY. Coz Im really sick of Singapore. And I want to go experience life overseas, taste freedom, grow independence, and have a whole lot of fun b4 work starts.

Anw...my final decision was:
1st choice, city uni of HK
2nd choice, Monterry University , Mexico.

Haiz..really took a lot of time to decide. I had wanted Queens and Bentley, BUT! tmd. Bentley had 2 vacancies for the whole NTU, and I noe Maggie is applying. I bet her GPA, if nt her connections r better than me. Queens had 2 vacancies for NBS, but..David told me he was applying (althou he din in the end, but...8 applicants for tat..i doubt my chances). ya..in the end..chose HK. BUT nt tat chances r any higher. 3 vacancies for NTU, and the last i checked, there were 9 applicants. I hope 3rd yrs r given the priority, n my results can put me in.

anw..hahaz!! the issues were resolved due to many ple!!

1) my law tutor-Prof Lam. WOAH!! I cant believe kindness, beauty, youth, all the nice adjectives can exist in any human. shes really nice!! Helped me look at the sub matching, told me abt stuffs to look out for. AND!! Shes pretty! the first time i met her during nego class, i had tot she was my classmate. yet..shez the co-lecturer. n..man! not only does she has looks, she has brains! the points she brought up during nego class today..MAN! it has nv creeped across my brains at all. nt even the shadows.

2) Cousin. hahaz!! she helped me see the last sch. Montery. But honestly..if i get it..i'll prob drop from the instep program. n she brought me to see patricia , who told me strathclyde is a bad choice. man..i had wanted to put strathclyde as my 1st choice, n leave the rest empty. but frm wad she sae. im glad i consulted her.

3) Lia. hahaz!!! omg! i was quite sad abt choosing hk. coz its in asia. like nt much kick. BUT! hahaz..her points were pertinent. Can shop n eat n shop n eat n shop n eat n ..(u get the idea?) plus..i can visit edison's shop n see him n fly home every weekend if i want coz air tix is cheap. n with the cheap tix..hahaz! can eat n shop n eat n shop more.

and the rest! got the chewsy (who sent me her essay, n i managed to plagiarize a sentence.) got dennis, david, got tat irritating george boo (who was sitting on the fence n gave rather senseless comments hahaz! but nice lah..irritating him improves my mood) still got shan, n dad(aiyah..althou in the end..also choose hk, which he thinks is senseless). n every1! hahaz!

im happy tat the application closed.
